In business since 2006, we are a family owned gym located in the center of Oak Bluffs. We have over 25 years experience each as personal trainers working with clients of all ages and every fitness/health level.
We offer keyless access to our members which allows for extended hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer a variety of memberships, so check out our memberships page to see which one of our memberships works best for you.
Although our footprint is small, we have everything you will need, and more, to get a great workout. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, specialty bars, bumper plates, platform, chains, bands, sleds and more….so let the fun begin. Check out the “facility” tab for some images of our gym.
